Tisdale Talks Of His Disappointment

Tisdale Talks Of His Disappointment

After dominatating the opening exchanges and taking an early lead, City slumped to a 2-1 defeat at Accrington.

Exeter led on five minutes when Craig McAllister set up Adam Stansfield for his 10th goal of the season.

But after Accrington keeper Kenny Arthur made a great save from McAllister John Miles curled home an equaliser before Craig Lindfield scored the winner on 64 minutes to cap a miserable afternoon up North for City.

Exeter: Jones, Seaborne, Edwards, Archibald-Henville, Moxey, Sercombe, Stewart, Russell, Gill, Stansfield (Saunders 72), McAllister (Fleetwood 62).

Subs not used: Marriott, Tully, Cozic.
