JP Trophy - Yeovil 1-3 Exeter

Exeter secured a place in the 2nd round of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy on Tuesday after a 3-1 win at Yeovil.

Cureton (10) gave Exeter an early lead with Yeovil's chances of coming back dealt a blow when Williams was sent off.

In spite of this sending off the hosts were level when Welsh (76) scored, although the home fans' joy was short lived as Cureton (78) added his second with Harley's (90+2) injury-time goal secure the win.
