Tonight Exeter City travel to Plymouth Argyle for the first Devon Derby in eight years, the rivals clash in the Johnstone`s Paint Southern section quarter final.
Both sides are expected to make changes from their regular line-ups.
Exeter may opt to start with influential midfielder Ryan Harley who due to illness has missed the last two games.
While Argyle could call on the in form Bradley Wright-Phillips should they wish, the striker is top scorer in League One.
Argyle have an excellent record over their neighbours having won all of the last four meetings between the clubs.
Pilgrims boss Peter Reid is knows the importance of the fixture, speaking to thisisexeter.co.uk he said
'Tonight is a massive game and it's one we need to win, but I think every game comes under that category.
'As big as derby games are - and they are - every game is so important.
'We were pretty poor on Saturday, but the couple of games before that were exciting football matches and really good performances from us.
'I just want to get the team back to playing that way.
'I hope the fans come out and support us, that it's a good game of football and we win it.'
