Tough trip in store for City

Tough trip in store for City

City face promotion hopefuls Huddersfield this weekend in the first of two away games in four days for Paul Tisdale`s men.

The early injury news is good, defender Billy Jones has recovered from a sickness bug that kept him out of last Saturday`s win over Notts County and striker John O`flynn returns following two weeks out with a groin strain.

David Noble is a major doubt for the game, he`s come down with sickness bug that has swept through City`s squad over the last two weeks.

Huddersfield will be sweating on the fitness of League One player of the month Anthony Pilkington who missed their midweek FA Cup replay with a hamstring injury.

On-loan duo Joe Garner and Lee Croft are available for selection again after the pair were cup tied for Tuesday`s game. Gary Naysmith, Tom Clarke and Lee Novak will definitely miss the game through injury.

The last time the sides met was the final day of last season at St James` Park where Ryan Harley`s dramatic late goal won the game for Exeter and saved them from relegation.

In the reverse fixture at The Galpharm a Jordan Rhodes hat-trick helped Huddersfield o a 4-0 victory over the Grecians.
