Tisdale mulls over Boxing Day options

A mixture of staff and volunteers have been working tirelessly at St James` Park to try and ensure that the boxing day clash with Swindon Town can go ahead.

For the past week the pitch has been under a substantial about of snow but Exeter City are confident that the surface will be playable.

City welcome back Troy Archibald-Henville from suspension but the defender may have to settle for a place on the bench after Billy Jones` impressive display against Sheffield Wednesday.

David Noble faces a race to be fit after limping out of last Saturday`s victory. John O`flynn is pushing for a start after an impressive showing off the bench last time out.

Swindon will be without midfielder Paul Caddis who is recovering from a bout of flu.

Skipper Jonathan Douglas is also out as he starts a three match suspension.

The sides met on three occasions last season all of which ended in 1-1 draws.

Should results go there way the Grecians could move into a play-off spot.
