Former Grecian on the move

Former Grecian on the move

Former Exeter City favourite Dean Moxey has today joined Crystal Palace from Derby County for a reported £400,000

Moxey joined Derby from Exeter in the summer of 2009 for £350,000 and made nearly 50 starts for Nigel Clough`s team but today he`s joined Championship strugglers Palace and will link up with new boss Dougie Freedman.

Moxey`s final appearance in a Derby shirt was in The Rams` recent defeat to neighbours Nottingham Forrest, a game that Moxey was sent-off in.

He made over 150 appearances in his time with Exeter City a couple of which were as captain.

Moxey will wear the number 29 shirt for Palace but won`t feature in their next game with Watford due to suspension.
