Tisdale - Relax And Win

Tisdale - Relax And Win

Paul Tisdale said his half time message was very easy yesterday, keep calm, stay patient and compose yourself for three points.

Speaking to the Official Site following the 2-0 win, Tisdale said it was our compose and patience in the final third of the pitch that ultimately won us the game.

'I asked them to relax, it's easier said that done, but I said 'don't worry, take your time and don't rush things'. We looked too eager to get up the field and then too eager to run back and defend as well. But who can blame the chaps, they're desperate to win.'

Tisdale also said he was utterly delighted with the manner of Keohane's 'creative' goals, and he believes we were fully justified in the win, even though we have played better in games this season.

'Sometimes you just need to get into a bit off a roll, and hopefully we can start off (yesterday).'
