Reid Called Up To Debut Training Camp

Young striker Jamie Reid has been called up by the Northern Ireland U21 side to attend their training camp for the first time.

If Jamie impresses he may be selected in their final 18 man squad to face Cyprus later this month.

Speaking to the Official Site he said of the call up.

'I've never been involved internationally before. Steve and Robbo called me in during the season and mentioned it, but I didn't think anything of it - but now to have been called up to the training camp is great. It'll be a good experience to go and train and it won't do me any harm to go back to Exeter fit as well.'

It's been a good season for Reid and this will no doubt see him in fine confidence as he enjoys his summer and looks forward to making more of an impact next season.
