Tisdale Planning One Signing

Tisdale Planning One Signing

Paul Tisdale has said he doesn't expect to sign more than one player this summer because of the clubs' finances.

Speaking to the BBC after previously admitting that he had nothing to negotiate with when it came to Matt Oakley and Jamie Cureton, Tisdale has said he is expecting to only make one signing this summer.

'In terms of new players, there's probably no more than one coming into the club. Who that will be yet I don't know, as normal at Exeter City we're not first on the list for these players.'

Certainly not what fans wanted to hear given the numbers we have already released, and again it backs up what Tisdale has said about relying on a more youthful outlook so hopefully at least Oakley and Cureton can be gone back for later in the day to give us some good quality.
