Flynn Learning Goes Both Ways

Flynn Learning Goes Both Ways

Striker John O'Flynn has said that the seniors players can learn from the youngsters, just as much as being their leaders on the pitch.

Speaking to the Official Site Flynn said he thought that we had a good mix in the team, but the youngsters will have to step up to prove themselves and the seniors will help them do that.

'We've got a good blend of experience and youth. It's going to be a 50/50 thing - we'll be trying to guide the young lads as much as we can, but it's also up to them to come in and take their opportunity and show what kind of class they have.'

Flynn says that the youngsters can look to Jamie Reid last season as how to handle the step up, you come in and show no fear and just get on with playing your game, but equally that's something the seniors can take from the youngsters and let not nerves get the better of them either.
