Davies Up For Player Of The Month

Davies Up For Player Of The Month

Midfielder Arron Davies has been nominated for the Player of the Month Award for League 2 for the month of October.

During the month Davies opened his account with a spectacular strike against Plymouth Argyle to give us the first goal in the game, and then following that up by putting us two nil ahead when we faced Scunthorpe United.

It wasn't just his goals that got him the nomination, his overall play and importance to us in the middle of the park has been recognised - especially as he's filled a number of positions to help manager Paul Tisdale out.

Alongside him in the nominations are Hartlepool United's striker Luke James. Dagenham and Redbridge striker Rhys Murphy, and Portsmouth centre half Bondz N'Gala.

The winner will be announced this coming Friday (November 8th).

There'll be no beating our Bondz... Faultless performances and three goes from a centre half ... cant be bad ..
