Exeter Confirm Short Term PFA Loan

Exeter Confirm Short Term PFA Loan

Late last night Exeter City released a statement confirming that they had applied for, and received a short term loan from the Professional Footballers Association.

Admitting that with attendances down last season, and lower than hoped for season ticket sales for 2014-15, cash flow is again tight at the club, so this move has been made to help stabilise us for a period of time ahead of the new campaign kicking off.

The club also confirmed that given our friendly against Fluminese now confirmed and details announced, that this wasn't the cause because Exeter's costs will be covered from sponsorship, match income and other income streams associated with our trip.
