PREVIEW: Exeter City v Brighton & Hove Albion

Exeter City will aim to bounce back from defeat at Bristol Rovers when they face Brighton and Hove Albion at St. James Park today.

This is another big game for the Grecians, with their opponents in the final relegation place, and five points behind City.

Exeter City Team News:

Exeter City manager Paul Tisdale welcomes first choice keeper Paul Jones back into the squad after three months out. Oscar Jansson has returned to parent club Tottenham Hotspur.

Player to watch: Ryan Harley

Brighton & Hove Albion Team News:

Brighton boss Gus Poyet will also welcome the return of a goalkeeper. Experienced Michel Kuipers has been suffering from a groin problem.

That means only Colin Hawkins misses out with an achilles problem

Player to watch: Nicky Forster

The experienced frontman is still hitting the net with great regularity.

Match Facts & Stats

Exeter haven't faced Brighton since our relegation out of the football league in 2003. City's last few trips to the Withdean haven't been happy ones, but I recall a surprise 1-0 victory at home to our visitors in what was the inagural game of the Doble Stand.

Match Prediction:

A big game for City, can they deliver? I fear another scrappy draw with a late equaliser, ie. Wycombe, Swindon, Milwall style. Exeter City 2 (Stewart, Stansfield)Brighton & Hove Albion 1
